REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All applications should provide ALL the following documents.

 

  1.  FAFSA Form (If applied)
  2. Transcript of High School
  3. High School diploma
  4. Recommendation letter (At Least 2)
  5. Personal narrative essay (Student)
  6. Acceptance letter (College/University)
  7. Valid ID (Student’s driving license or Student ID)
  8. Parents Tax return (most Recent)
  9. Parent’s last 2 paystub
  10. Rental Lease / Home Mortgage statement
  11. Proof of Food Stamp (SNAP) and/or Rental Assistance
  12. Most recent unpaid utilities bills
  13. Major expenses list (Provide the list under ” special circumstances” on application form)
